What is Paws & Parchment Post?
Paws & Parchment Post is a monthly art subscription mail club. Each month you receive a few paper goodies and a mini newspaper. Paws & Parchment Post is centred around the story of the town of Parchment, a town inhabited by animals and their local post office. When the mailmen of Parchment are out delivering mail they help out in the town where they can like delivering ice cream on hot days, and looking for lost pets. Their many adventures have made them a bit like local celebrities and lead to them often being featured in the local newspaper, the Sunday Post.

Frequently asked questions
How does shipping work?
Paws & Parchment Post is sent through regular (untracked) mail through Postnl on the last business day of the month. If you live within the Netherlands you should receive your mail within 2-4 business days. For international mail within the EU it can take anywhere from 3-15 business days, or in some cases a bit longer. You can check the timeline for your specific country on the Postnl website.
If you have not received your mail within 4 weeks from shipping please reach out via email post@pawsandparchment.com. Unfortunately I can’t resend any replacement letters if you have not contacted me within 2 months of shipping date.
Do you ship internationally outside of the EU?
Unfortunately I do not offer shipping outside of the EU at the moment, but I do plan to offer this in the future. Please keep an eye on our social media for more updates on when I will start offering shipping outside the EU.
Billing, payments & cancellations.
Paws & Parchment Post is billed on the same day each month that you initially signed up on. So if you signed up on the 1st, you will be billed every month on the 1st of the month. You can cancel, or pause your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle through the customer portal under your account. Your billing information can also be updated through the customer portal.
Address changes.
You can update your address, billing, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. If you need any help with this feel free to reach out through email post@pawsandparchment.com.
Did not receive your letter?
